Product Use & Installation Disclaimer AURA SPACE designs and sources premium home upgrades engineered for damage free, tool free installation utilizing heavy duty adhesives and magnetic mounting systems. While our products are specifically designed to be renter friendly and preserve property conditions, the ultimate responsibility for proper installation, surface preparation, and structural compatibility lies solely with the end user.

AURA SPACE cannot guarantee individual property variables, including but not limited to:

The condition, age, quality, or preparation of the paint, plaster, or underlying wall surface.

Climate conditions, humidity levels, or texture variations of the installation surface.

Excessive load bearing weight placed on items beyond standard product limitations.

By purchasing and installing our products, you acknowledge that AURA SPACE is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage to personal property, real estate, walls, or rental fixtures resulting from the installation, use, or removal of our products.

3. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Except as expressly provided by the Australian Consumer Law, AURA SPACE provides no further warranties regarding the absolute adhesion or compatibility of products on non standard or degraded household surfaces.

4. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall AURA SPACE, our directors, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products or services.
